I reviewed my email account this morning and found unprovoked and profane email sent from you over a minor issue.

My office has gone out of it's way to assist you. Everyone in the office you've spoken with has given you clear instructions that you choose not to follow. I fail to see how my office is incompetent when you didn't follow instruction.

This all began when you called my office in 2018 and asked one of my staff to refer an Allstate agent to you in another state because you were purchasing property.

You called the office again in June of 2019 and began to call my staff incompetent because your New York Coop policy was not cancelled, however you had been making payments on the policy to keep it active. We did not receive any notification or documentation indicating you sold the property. You said, "we were supposed to know from your request for a recommendation of an agent". Our clients purchase additional properties in other states all the time and do not sell their primary residence. This was explained to you, however you didn't feel it was acceptable. My staff explained what you needed to do in order to backdate the termination of your policy.

You claimed that you moved and sold your property in November of 2018, however you continued to make payments on your policy each month. We asked you for a closing document with the date of the closing in order for us to backdate the termination and get you a refund, however you failed to supply the documentation.

It is disturbing that you choose to call and email my office using vulgar and extremely simple language over such a minor issue.

All harassment has come directly from you aimed at my staff. I have retained copied all of your vulgar communication from you which will be posted if you continue to pursue making false allegations against my agency.
